TO MAKE THE EYES SPARKLE
What: Pressed Pigments

Brand: MAC
Why: Super famous and loved, the Pigments by MAC – that little pot with powder eyeshadow that comes in many shades and never ends – just made it to a pressed version. The advantage is that it makes way less of a mess to apply, not to mention that it’s way easier to dose the intensity of the colour/shimmer. I bought the shade Warming Heart, that is kinda beige/champagne and has a super shimmer – it’s beautiful on the eyelid on its own or over other eyeshadows. I apply it with my finger, and it can be used with a wet brush for a more intense look. Now I’m dreaming with the shades Smoky, a navy blue, and Jet Black, a black, both full of shimmer.

FOR NATURAL LIPS
What: Colour Riche Balm
Brand: L’Oréal Paris
Why: The beauty market is living a moment of “am I a lipstick or am I a lip balm with colour?” products. These hybrids were released by many brands over the last years – two famous ones are the Chubby Stick by Clinique and the Rouge Coco Shine by Chanel. On my last trip to the US, I bought L’Oréal Paris’ version at Target – in the shade Pink Satin – and I really liked it!! Besides having a friendly price, it is a practical products for the day-to-day, moisturises and gives a soft color, good to vary from the lipstick and the gloss.

TO LEAVE THE SKIN SMOOTH
What: Crushed Cabernet Scrub
Brand: Caudalie
Why: Because it is incredible! It has a delicious texture, that kind that is thick and not very dry but not very creamy, and it scrubs just enough. I love to try new scrubs, this one was among my desired objects, but I always ended up not buying it so that I wouldn’t have to carry it in my bag hehe (the jar is in glass, kinda bulky). But when I went to Paris to get to know Caudalie better, I got one and there was no way of not carrying it!! Now it even became on of my favourites.
