Today’s guest is my friend and top Brazilian male blogger Kadu Dantas – he shared concise, but precious tips and super posh products!

“My beauty routine is simple, no frills. I wear sunscreen every day and besides that there very few products I apply morning and night, before bed, after cleaning my face well. I also have an after-shave I apply on the days I visit my barber – I pay weekly visits to Estúdio Becca, in São Paulo. I cut my hair at Jacques Janine with Jeferson Ribeiro, and I work out every day with Rodrigo Sangion, my personal trainer, at Les Cinq Gym, all in São Paulo as well, where I live. Nowadays, I am also part of Nike’s running team, something I really enjoy!

The products I’m currently using are:

1 – Skin Caviar Liquid Lift – La Prairie: With a lifting effect, this serum firms the skin. And it really works! Worth the investment.
2 – Color Control Cushion Compact Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ – Amore Pacific: This sunscreen is like a compact powder and also helps making the skin more uniform and concealing eventual redness.
3 – Cellular Power Charge Night – La Prairie: Great to even out the skin texture, reduce fine lines, wrinkles, spots, minimize the pores and firm… All of this while you’re sleeping. Very good!
4 – Kerium DS Shampoo – La Roche Posay: For those who have seborrheic dermatitis, this shampoo is the best I’ve ever tried, it really controls dandruff and excessive oiliness.
5 – Acyl-Glutathione Eye Lid Serum – Perricone: Helps reduce under eye bags.
6 – Balsamo Fresco Idratante – Acqua di Parma – The best after-shave in the market! Both for its calming and soothing properties and its wonderful fragrance. My perfume is also by Acqua di Parma, I use Ginepro di Sardegna”
